Marcello De Feo
First generation Italian-American with roots in Abruzzo and South Philly. Began working in kitchens at 11 with experience ranging from bakeries to fine dining. He is motivated by the desire to keep the memories of his family’s matriarchs alive.
SJ native raised on his Italian father's cooking. Began working in kitchens at 15. Opened Grand Luxe Cafe, and then moved on to be a Sous Chef at Catelli Duo. He joined Ott's as the Chef and Kitchen Manager prior to joining Valente's.
A culinary student with a flair for creative cuisine whose talents were wasted in the fast food industry. Harry joined us as a dishwasher, where he paid his dues and worked his way up the line and is now our longest tenured employee.
An indispensable industry stalwart, Luis Contreras has been an important part of many restaurants in and out of Haddonfield. He cut his teeth at Duo, under Denim's Chef David Murray, who inevitably connected us with the hardworking and reliable Contreras.
