Marcello De Feo
First generation Italian-American with roots in Abruzzo and South Philly. Began working in kitchens at 11 with experience ranging from bakeries to fine dining. He is motivated by the desire to keep the memories of his family’s matriarchs alive.
Chef Joey honed his skills over the past decade in Palm Beach's high-end culinary scene, where he developed his technical capabilities at Ruth's Chris and The Capital Grille as well as a creative flare at Dada, prior to returning home to join Valente's.
Chef Johnnie brings an immense amount of talent and experience to Valente's. He served as the Executive Chef of both The Palm and Ruth's Chris and played pivotal roles at Double Knot, Sampan, and Branzino, where he fine tuned his pasta skills.
Cassidy trained in both front and back of house fine dining at Walnut Hill College. Named a Sous Chef by the age of 20, she transitioned to Restaurant Management at Denim. She prides herself on her attention to detail and passion for knowledge.
