Marcello De Feo
Owner, General Manager
First generation Italian-American with roots in Abruzzo and South Philly. Began working in kitchens at 11 with experience ranging from bakeries to fine dining. He is motivated by the desire to keep the memories of his family’s matriarchs alive.
Raj brings a massive wealth of experience to Valente’s. After a remarkable 25 years as the AGM of The Palm, he brought his talents to Butcher & Singer, and Barclay Prime. Most recently, he spent three years as the Events Manager at Cescaphe.
Chef Johnnie brings an immense amount of talent and experience to Valente's. He served as the Executive Chef of both The Palm and Ruth's Chris and played pivotal roles at Double Knot, Parc, and Branzino, where he fine tuned his pasta skills.
Feliciano is a dedicated, hard-working individual who learns quickly and has come a long way in his short time at Valente’s. Feliciano joined us as a line cook, after spending a number of years at the Italian-American restaurant, Kitchen Consigliere.
