Thanks for shopping at Valente’s Italian Specialties. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
If, for any reason, you find the need to return your order, please contact us to let us know. In your message, please include the order number you received with your purchase, the reason for the return, and whether you would like to request an exchange or refund. Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
Due to the nature of the foods that we sell, you have up to forty-eight hours from the date you received the item to initiate a return if you are not fully satisfied with your order. Certain items are exempt from returns. Those items include but are not limited to custom requests, catering, and shipping costs.
We request that you hold onto everything from your initial order (shipping materials, receipt, etc.) to make it easier for you to return the product to us, if need be.
